From training to meal plans – we’ve got you covered! Here are the services we offer.

Gym Membership

This is a regular gym membership for those that wish to come and train on their own. A personal trainer from our team will be covering the gym floor to provide assistance to those that might need it.

Kindly note that this is available at our Paola gym only.

Gym Membership and Personalised Programme

Want to lose that belly fat, build muscle or achieve excellent athletic performance? You require a challenging programme designed to your needs and abilities. There’s nothing worse than feeling like you are wasting time. Having a workout plan provides you with structure so that you aren’t wondering what to do next or just reverting back to the cardio equipment. Most people give up after a few weeks when they don’t have any structure and a proper plan designed to keep pushing them forward and keeping things interesting! Your workout plan will be available on our own app and we will tell you which exercise to do, how to do them through videos, how many reps, how many sets, etc. Everything is laid out for you. A personal trainer from our team will be covering the gym floor to provide assistance. This package also includes monthly measurements tracking, a personalised fitness test and nutrition coaching.

Meal Plan

At Fit Stop we believe that a well prepared meal plan should be delicious, nutritious and designed specifically to your personal tastes. This will make it easier to stick to. In your consultation we will work with you one on one to learn your goals and food preferences. We will take measurements in order to set your caloric intake. The meal plan includes a preparation guide, grocery list, nutritional information and recipes to keep you on track.

Personal Training

We will start by getting to know you and discuss your goals on your free consultation. Our team will then develop the best personalised programme for your goals. Throughout your journey we will assess you regularly to make sure you are heading on the right track. Assessments includes body composition measurements and fun fitness challenges which will provide us a benchmark of your fitness levels.  Workouts are one hour long and vary from one session to another. The trainer will remain with you throughout the whole hour to make sure you are training safely, at maximum intensity and with perfect technique.

Online Training

Online coaching is a new and exciting way to offer health and fitness guidance that can be utilised by anyone from anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility from our own fitness app. This service is more affordable than in person training. Click here to learn more.

Hybrid Training

The hybrid model is the ultimate training experience which integrates online and in-person training to give you the best of both worlds!  You will still have your personal training sessions at our studio and access to more workouts from our app which you can do anywhere and anytime. All our Online training features will be included in these Hybrid packages. This is our high-end service for maximum results! 

Group Classes

Our group classes are fun and filled with action. All classes are ideal for beginners and intermediates fitness levels. Duration is 45 mins. We can host maximum of 12 students so it’s best to book in advance on 99892241.
